Life Skills Programme
This unique program focuses on developing skills of learning effectively, solving problems, self-defence, physical development, and building relationships, so as to flourish in a competitive world. The Life Skills Program consciously equips students with the skills they need to get through life’s ups and downs with ease. For example, this program tries to incorporate sessions like: self-awareness, anger management, problem solving, effective communication, coping with stress, critical thinking, decision making, time management, etc.
Using a wide variety of methods that range from discussions to film screenings and interactive games, the Program imparts these skills through an experiential approach that involves real-life situations, giving the students the extra edge they might need to face adversity and misfortune with grace. Learning to live has never been more fun!
